The right film for the line it runs on.
A single sourcing point for polyester, BOPP, CPP and other speciality packaging films. Nine categories, matched to your barrier, machine and finish requirement.
Polymer films for packaging that has to perform.
Aster Polyfilms supplies polyester, BOPP, CPP and other speciality films from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We work with the businesses that convert, print, laminate, pack and ship, and we supply the exact film grade each of those jobs asks for.
The range covers nine distinct categories, from high clarity PET for window cartons to autoclave resistant film for intravenous fluid bags. Because the range sits with one supplier, a converter running several product lines can source a print carrier, a lamination film and a transit film without splitting the order across vendors.
We are a supply partner rather than a single production line, so the recommendation is never limited to what one plant happens to make. Where a job can be served by more than one grade, we will put the options in front of you with the trade offs explained.
What stays constant across every grade is the specification standard. Films are selected for how they behave on a running machine, not only for how they look on a sample board.
Aesthetic and structural standard
Every film we supply is optimised for maximum machine efficiency, high tear resistance and supreme barrier shielding.
Specified for the job, not sold from a shelf.
01
One window, not one mill
Polyester, BOPP, CPP, LLDPE stretch and bubble film come through a single relationship, so you are not tied to the output of one production line.
02
Chosen for machine behaviour
Friction, seal initiation temperature, tensile strength and lay flat behaviour decide the grade we recommend.
03
Barrier where it matters
Oxygen and gas barrier, moisture sealing, autoclave resistance and anti fog treatment matched to the product.
04
Finish that sells the pack
High gloss printability, soft touch matte lamination and ultra high clarity windows for the retail shelf.
Nine films. One standard.
Each grade is supplied against an end use. If your application is not listed, describe the line and the product and we will match a specification to it.

From requirement to regular supply.
01
Share the application
Tell us the product, the pack format, the machine and the finish you need. Existing film details help if you have them.
02
We source and recommend
We match a film family and specification to the end use, the barrier requirement and the speed your line runs at, and put up alternatives where they exist.
03
Sample and trial
Run the recommended film on your own line and confirm sealing, printing and transit performance before committing.
04
Supply and support
Move to scheduled supply with the specification recorded, so repeat orders arrive the same every time.
Uncompromising quality in every layer.
Send us the application and we will come back with a recommended film specification and a sample plan.
Before you enquire.
Do you manufacture the films yourself?
We are a supplier and distributor rather than a mill. We source from established film manufacturers and match the grade to your application. In practice this works in your favour, because the recommendation is not restricted to the output of one plant, and where more than one grade can do the job we can offer alternatives on quality and price.
Which films do you supply?
Nine categories: polyester film, BOPP film for PP woven bags, clear PET window film, BOPP for offset lamination, tape and textile BOPP, box wrap overwrap BOPP, stretch wrap film, bubble wrap film, and medical grade BOPP for intravenous fluid bags.
Can you match a film to my machine and end use?
Yes. Share the pack format, line speed, sealing method and the finish you want. We recommend a grade based on how the film needs to behave on the machine as well as how it needs to protect the product.
Do you supply for medical and food contact applications?
We supply autoclave resistant, anti fog treated medical grade film used for intravenous infusion pouches and saline bags, and moisture barrier films used for bulk grain and flour packaging. Share your regulatory requirement with the enquiry so the correct grade and documentation are confirmed.
How do I request a sample?
Call +91 94253 18330 or send an enquiry through the form below with the film of interest and your application. We will confirm the recommended specification and arrange a sample for a trial run on your line.
